Peak Performance Athletic Training Camp is designed for high school age athletes looking for a competitive edge that will allow them to compete at the highest level they can, understand sports nutrition, stay injury free, and learn professional techniques to increase all levels of athleticism.

Coaching: All Peak Performance coaching is designed by David Stiles, CPT, IFA Sports Nutritionist.  

 

8 Week program includes:  2 month Full membership to The Gym at Four Seasons, 8 group coaching sessions, 2 fitness evaluations and a custom training program for each student.
